When Will My Order Ship?

We search the world to bring you the best assortment in modern design. Depending on what you order, your item might be sitting on a warehouse shelf just around the corner, or will be custom-made for you. These factors impact the lead time required to prepare your order for shipment. We commit to giving you as much information as possible every step of the way during your order process and while you wait for your order to arrive. Small Items

  • Drop Ship: When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with specific carrier and tracking information.
  • In Store Pick Up: We will contact you to let you know if your item is in stock and ready for pick up, or if the item needs to be shipped to us first.

Larger Items & Furniture

  • After your order has been confirmed by our manufacturer, our team will send you an email within 24-72 hours to provide the estimated ship date for your merchandise.
  • If your order includes White Glove service, we will contact you directly to schedule delivery once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • If you have selected In Store Pick Up for a larger furniture item, please note that you have 14 days to collect the item from the time we notify you that it has arrived in our showroom.
  • All Items that have White Glove Delivery as an option are considered special order and can not be refunded as they are made to order, specifically for you. See Special Order Policy below

Delivery Accessibility

You are responsible for making sure the item can fit in the room of choice and can be delivered through all entry points by verifying building access and all doorway measurements. Outside access to the delivery area must be clear, and the inside area where the furniture will be placed must be accessible for placement of furniture.

What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  Please see below for more information.

White Glove Delivery Service

Our White Glove delivery partner is the best in the industry.  We have worked with them for years and they provide the highest level of service in your home. Our standard White Glove delivery service includes bringing your item/s into your home, full assembly and positioning of the item in your space and removal of all packaging with a smile.

Our team delivers Tuesday-Saturday and will provide a 4 hour delivery window.  When your order has arrived, we will contact you to schedule a date that works for you.

    Our team can also provide more moving or disposal of old furniture for an additional cost. Contact us for more details.
