Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No, appointments are not necessary, only recommended. An appointment ensures that not only will the showroom be completely yours to explore, but someone from our team will be available for any design advice or product questions you may have. Click here to make an appointment.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the product. Many "Quick Ship" items are available with a lead time of 2 weeks or less. Custom orders, typically made in our showroom and not on the website, can take anywhere from 4-16 weeks depending on the vendor. Alternatively, a handful of items are available as showroom models which are available for immediate pick up and delivery.
Do you ship across the country or overseas?
Although a few items are available for shipment across the country, we prefer to work with clients on the east coast of the United States, with some limitations. We do not ship overseas.
